7. You may use a pseudonym to request a service, unless we need to know your legal name to complete the service you requested. In that case, you must indicate it is your legal name on the form you submit to us.

Article 3: Terms of Service
1. We do not provide opinions, legal or otherwise; just practical solutions based on experience and data. Nor do we exclusively rely on any particular institution, like the judiciary, for problem-solving, most of which are rarely effective. Instead, we use the most effective resources at our disposal, such private investigators and security, as well as contracts and arbitration, which protect the contracting parties, and which civil authorities are responsible to enforce anyhow.
2. We do not “act for” our clients, who are always responsible for their own decisions and actions. Nor do we assume any liabilities.
3. We reserve the right not to serve or refund a client who disrespects us.
Article 4: Liability
1. This website is private property. All the information on or from it is private, confidential and protected to the fullest extent of legal and private enforcement.
2. Unauthorized use of this website, including unauthorized access, collection, sharing, reproduction or modification of any of its content, in whole or part, is strictly forbidden and may result in judicial or extra-judicial repercussions, for which we are not responsible.
3. You are solely responsible for your use of this website and any resulting consequences.
4. You agree to disclaim and indemnify us for any claims resulting from your use of this website.
5. You accept that any materials you or anyone else may attribute to us, which we did not certify as authentic or authorize you to access, use or possess, are illegally obtained and your own fabrications.

2. You agree that if you are not satisfied with our service, for whatever reasons, then:

b. You will not defame us or any of our relations.
c. If you do, then you accept (1) to fully indemnify the aggrieved parties and (2) any judicial or extra-judicial repercussions, for which we shall not be held responsible.
