Preamble
1. By accessing Openjustice.net (aka OJNET) you agree to its terms, as amended.
2. These terms are like ‘house rules’. If you enter the house, then you accept its rules. Otherwise, you must not enter the house. Similarly, if you enter as a welcome guest, you will be treated as such. Conversely, if you break in, you will be treated accordingly.
Rule #1: Trespassers will be shot
1. Only loyal clients and supporters of and contributors to OJNET may access it. Others may not.
2. Information on OJNET is private and confidential. You may not share, copy, save, modify or use it without explicit authorization.
3. Information on OJNET is protected. For instance:
a. Your use of this website is monitored.
b. You accept sole responsibility for any consequences of your violation of these terms (the equivalent of “trespassers will be shot; survivors will be shot again”).
Rule #2: You are responsible
1. You are solely responsible for your own actions, including your use of this website and the protection of your data and OJNET’s, at all times.
2. OJNET is firmly objective and fiercely independent. It does not provide opinions or advice or represent any parties or clients, who are solely responsible for their own actions at all times.
3. OJNET does not communicate directly with anyone. So, to quote it is to fabricate statements on its behalf.
Rule #3: OJNET is not liable
1. You agree to categorically disclaim and indemnify OJNET and its members, agents or affiliates.
2. You accept sole responsibility for your use of OJNET and any consequences arising from it.
3. You agree to pay OJNET 100,000 USD, plus damages and costs, for violating its terms.
Rule #4: No Refunds
1. You are responsible to ensure that your order is correct.
2. All purchases are final. OJNET does not provide refunds once the order is processed.Â
3. If OJNET is subsequently unable to deliver your order or reimburse it (e.g., due to an Act of God), then you accept the loss of your payment.
Rule #5: You cannot complain
1. OJNET only serves completely loyal and satisfied (5/5 rating) clients and reciprocates their loyalty.
2. If, after indicating your complete satisfaction with OJNET, you are not satisfied with it, then you agree to:
a. immediately cease to do business with it
b. not defame it or any of its members, agents or affiliates, or else you will
c. pay each victim 100,000 USD, plus damages and costs
3. You understand and accept that you cannot truthfully defame OJNET on these terms, since you are not a client from the moment you are dissatisfied with its service, which is only possible if you were satisfied with it to start.
Rule #6: You have to keep up
1. These terms can be amended at any time without notice to you. You are responsible to stay up to date.
